UNITED STATES V. GREGORY REYES, CR 06-556 CRB (BROCADE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, INC.)
This case is assigned to the Honorable District Court Judge Charles R. Breyer. Proceedings will be held in Courtroom 8 on the 19th Floor in the Federal Building located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.
In August of 2006, the former Chief Executive Officer of Brocade, Gregory Reyes, and the former Vice President of Human Resources of Brocade, Stephanie Jensen, were indicted on securities fraud and related charges in connection with an alleged stock option backdating scheme.
The trial date for Stephanie Jensen is set for 11/26/2007.

Pursuant to Title 18, United States Code Section 3771(a), a crime victim has the

(1) The right to be reasonably protected from the accused.
(2) The right to reasonable, accurate, and timely notice of any public court proceeding, or any parole proceeding, involving the crime or of any release or escape of the accused.
