According to his plea agreement, on October 30, 2007, defendant distributed 246.9 grams of crack cocaine to another person in exchange for $4,750 cash. Defendant also admitted in the plea agreement that he sold smaller amounts of crack cocaine on December 5, 2007, and March 4, 2008. Defendant was arrested on June 4, 2008, by the Richmond Police Department. At the time of his arrest defendant possessed $21,972 in cash.
