U.S. ATTORNEY TROY EID'S STATEMENT REGARDING THE 10TH CIRUCIT COURT OF APPEALS RULING IN US v JOSEPH NACCHIO
This afternoon the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver granted the Justice Department’s request for a an En Banc rehearing of the U.S. v Joseph Nacchio case. Briefs are due in 30 days. Replies are due 15 days after the 30 days. Oral argument is scheduled for September 24th at 2:00 pm. The court identified four issues for argument.
U.S. Attorney Troy Eid issued the following statement regarding the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals decision in the U.S. v Nacchio
"Neither the panel's original ruling nor today's decision was a surprise to me. We respect the appellate process and will keep working to ensure that justice is done."
