Edward J. Tarver, USAEdward J. Tarver, USA

Edward J. Tarver received a B. A. in Political Science from Augusta College (presently Augusta StateUniversity) in 1981, and a J. D. Degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1991. Mr. Tarver entered the United States Army in 1982 and served for seven years as a Field Artillery Officer attainingthe rank of Captain before entering law school.
