Ripley Rand, USA

Ripley Rand is the United States Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina.  After completing state and federal judicial clerkships, Rand served as an Assistant District Attorney in Wake County, North Carolina, where he was a full-time domestic violence prosecutor as well as a member of the office’s Dangerous Offenders Task Force.

The Middle District of North Carolina includes the 24 counties in the central part of the state from Durham County on the east to Yadkin County on the west, stretching up to Virginia on the north side and down to South Carolina on the south. More than 2.5 million people live in the Middle District of North Carolina.
