74.	Withdrawing Complaints
The complainant may withdraw the complaint, in writing, at any time. Such request should be sent to the EEO Staff, Executive Office for United States Attorneys, Equal Employment Opportunity Staff, 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Room 1630, Washington, D.C. 20530.
