Filing of Class Complaint

The formal complaint of class discrimination must be filed within 15 calendar days of receipt of the notice of final interview. The formal complaint must describe:

The USAOs and the EOUSA practice or policy which forms the basis of the complaint; and

How the agent was adversely affected by this practice or policy.
