Evidence Concerning the Complaint and Opportunities for Informal Resolution

The administrative judge will notify the agent, agent's representative and EOUSA representative that not more than 60 days will be allotted to both parties to prepare their cases. The time period may be extended by the administrative judge upon request by either party. The administrative judge will give both parties copies of all materials furnished to him/her concerning the complaint to provide an opportunity to reach an informal resolution. [cited in USAM 3-5.211]
