93.	Corrective Action
When discrimination is found in the final agency decision, class members may file a claim for individual relief with the agency within 30 calendar days after notification by the agency. The EOUSA shall attempt to resolve the claim for relief within 90 calendar days after the date the claim was postmarked. [cited in USAM 3-5.211]
