39. Order Appointing Guardian Ad Litem
ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM It appearing to the Court that the defendant, is and does not have a duly appointed representative within this State, THE COURT FINDS that a Guardian Ad Litem should be appointed to represent said defendant, and THE COURT FINDS that the Honorable has no interest adverse to the said defendant, IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED (s)he be, and is hereby appointed Guardian Ad Litem to represent the said defendant.
