§ 247(a):
- The defendant defaced, damaged or destroyed religious real
property:
- The defendant acted intentionally:
- The defendant acted as he did because of the religious character of
the
property.
- The offense is in or affects interstate commerce.
§ 247(c):
- The defendant defaced, damaged or destroyed religious real
property.
- The defendant acted intentionally.
- The defendant acted as he did because of the race, color or ethnic
characteristics of any individual associated with that religious
property.
