Right
- The defendant used force or threat of force.
- The defendant injured, intimidated or interfered with, or attempted to
injure, intimidate or interfere with the victim's right to purchase, rent,
or
occupy a dwelling.
- The defendant acted because of the race/religion/sex/ handicap/familial
status/national origin of the victim and because of the victim's
sale/purchase/rental/financing/ occupancy of the dwelling.
- The defendant acted willfully.
