The defendant used force or threat of force. The defendant injured, intimidated or interfered with, or attempted to injure, intimidate or interfere with the victim's right to purchase, rent, or occupy a dwelling. The defendant acted because of the race/religion/sex/ handicap/familial status/national origin of the victim and because of the victim's sale/purchase/rental/financing/ occupancy of the dwelling.
