Assault—18 U.S.C. § 1751(e)

Section 1751(e) proscribes assaults on persons designated in § 1751(a). Depending upon the individual assaulted and the extent of the injury, such assaults are punishable by terms of imprisonment of up to ten years or a fine under Title 18 or both.
