Extraterritoriality—18 U.S.C. § 351

Title 18, Section 351(i) expressly makes the provisions of § 351 extraterritorial. See also United States v. Layton, 509 F. Supp 212 (N.D. Cal. 1981), appeal dismissed 645 F.2d 681 (9th Cir.), cert. denied, 452 U.S.C. 972 (1981) (extraterritorial jurisdiction could be inferred for this type of statute).
