Perjury and False Declarations Before Grand Jury or
Court

Because false declarations affect the integrity of the factfinding
process, the Attorney General's Council on White Collar Crime recommends
that
offenders be vigorously prosecuted. "Perjured testimony is an obvious and
flagrant affront to the basic concepts of judicial proceedings." United
States v. Mandujano, 425 U.S. 564, 576 (1976). See also,

challenge the
