Conspiracy

Defendants may be charged with the separate offense of conspiracy
to
aid and assist an escape under the conspiracy statute, 18 U.S.C. § 371,
as
well as the offense of aiding and assisting an escape under 18 U.S.C.
§
752(a). United States v. Bridgeman, 523 F.2d 1099, 1121 (D.C. Cir.
1975),
