Institution or Facility in Which Confined --
Generally
This section is applicable to any person who escapes or attempts to
escape from any institution in which he/she is confined by direction of the
Attorney General. United States v. Cluck, 542 F.2d 728, 731 (8th
Cir.),
cert. denied, 429 U.S. 986 (1976).
