2036	Civil Remedies—Injunctions
Section 5320 of Title 31 allows the Secretary of the Treasury to bring a civil action to enjoin a violation or to enforce compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, regulations prescribed thereunder, or orders. [cited in USAM 9-79.200]
