Registration of Persons with Knowledge of Espionage -- 50 U.S.C. 851 to 857

These statutes require registration with the Attorney General of certain persons who have knowledge of or have received instruction or assignment in the espionage, counter-espionage or sabotage services or tactics of a foreign government. Rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this act are set forth in
28 C.F.R. § 12.1 et seq.
