Discovery of Information Concerning an Asset Transferred to an Attorney as Fees for Legal Services

Proceedings to forfeit an asset transferred to an attorney may be instituted only after the requirements of these guidelines and the approval of the Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division have been obtained pursuant to USAM 9-119.202. Of course, this requires that a certain amount of information concerning the transfer of the asset be known.
