United States Attorney Confirms Execution of Federal Search Warrant at Innovative Nuclear Space Power and Propulsion Institute
Tallahassee, Florida – United States Attorney Thomas F. Kirwin confirmed today that federal agents executed a federal search warrant at the University of Florida’s Innovative Nuclear Space Power and Propulsion Institute in Gainesville. The warrant was executed as part of an ongoing investigation being conducted by multiple federal agencies. Because this is an ongoing criminal investigation, the United States Attorney cannot comment further on the nature of the investigation or upon the identity of any individual who may be considered a subject or target of the investigation. The University of Florida has cooperated fully with federal authorities in this matter.
