PRESS RELEASE REGARDING UNITED STATES v. PYROTECHNICS
Maxwell Wood, United States Attorney announced that the Court, the United States Attorney’s Office and the defense attorneys came into possession of evidence potentially effecting the case on the eve of the trial. The United States moved and without objection from the defense the Court has ordered that United States v. Pyrotechnics, Inc., et al be dismissed without prejudice. The United States Attorney is re-evaluating the case in the light of this evidence and will make a decision on re-indictment in the near future.
