Luggage Instructions Upon Checkout
Luggage may be stored in the library on the last day of your class. Please do not bring luggage to the classroom.
All rooms are equipped with internet access, cable TV, telephone with voice mail, safe, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board.
The hotel accepts credit cards in the meeting room, gift shop, and at the front
The NAC Concierge can make arrangements for guests to attend sporting and cultural events in the local area and can assist with weekend plans for those who wish to stay longer to enjoy all that South Carolina has to offer. Questions may be directed to (803) 705-5284.
There is a browsing library on the first floor of the NAC. Guests are encouraged to exchange books from the selection or donate new and/or used books. Guests may take a book with them when they leave, and return it by mail or bring it (and/or others) back when they return for another course.
The Department of Justice Federal Credit Union has provided an ATM machine in
the lobby area. There is a user fee of $2.50 for non-members.
Room keys (card keys) must be returned to the front desk before departure.
Guests may receive facsimile transmissions, free on charge, at the NAC front desk at (803) 705-5038, and will be notified by a message light on the phone in their room if they receive a FAX. Scanning service is also available at the front desk.
There are two rooms where guests can access the internet and print documents. Employees of United States Attorneys' offices and some DOJ Divisions (specific instructions must be obtained from your division's technical support staff) can access their work email from these rooms. The rooms are located on the lower level of the building and are open 24 hours a day.
There is a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment located in Room A303 on the third floor of the NAC, next to the lounge. It is open 24 hours a day.
There is a weight room located in the C Wing in Room C310B on the third floor of the NAC. It is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
