Former Davenport Resident Sentenced on Child Pornography Charges
Davenport, IA- On May 5, 2008, Gordon Cox, 45, of Williston, South Carolina, was sentenced to 169 months imprisonment for one count of Receiving and Distributing Child Pornography and 120 months imprisonment for one count of Possessing Child Pornography, with the terms of imprisonment to be served concurrently, announced United States Attorney Matthew G. Whitaker. United States District Judge John A. Jarvey also ordered that Cox will serve a term 10 years supervised release following his incarceration and ordered to pay a $100 dollar assessment to the Crime Victim Fund.
