Davenport Man Sentenced on Federal Gun Charges
Davenport, IA- On March 13, 2009, Sidney Lee Deffenbaugh, 42, of Davenport, IA, was sentenced to 84 months imprisonment for one count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, announced United States Attorney Matthew G. Whitaker. United States District Judge John A. Jarvey also ordered that Deffenbaugh will serve a term of 2 years supervised release following his incarceration, and assessed him to pay $100 to the Crime Victim Fund.
This investigation was conducted by the Davenport, Iowa, Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
