ALTON MAN SENTENCED FOR DRUG OFFENSE
Stephen R. Wigginton, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced today that on December 3, 2010, ANTWON WILLIS, age 32, of Alton, Illinois, was sentenced in United States District Court in East St. Louis, Illinois, to 151 months’ imprisonment, a $750 fine, and a term of 3 years’ supervised release.
WILLIS previously pled guilty on August 26, 2010, to distribution of cocaine base. The offense took place on February 25, 2010, in Madison County, Illinois.
The investigation was conducted by the Alton, Illinois Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Donald S. Boyce.
