ACTIVITY IN FEDERAL COURT - FORT WAYNE

Fort Wayne, IN—The United States Attorney's Office announced the following activity in federal court:

Roberta Freeman, 26, of Garrett, Indiana, plead guilty on 4/14/10 before Judge Theresa Springmann to failing to disclose an event affecting continued right to Social Security Child’s Insurance Benefits. This case was investigated by the Social Security Administration, and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Lovita Morris King.

The specific sentence in each case to be imposed upon conviction will be determined by the judge after a consideration of federal sentencing statutes and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
