South Bend, IN—The United States Attorney's Office announced:

 

            Cutberto E. Sanchez, 48, of Delphi, Indiana, was sentenced on 2/10/10 before Judge Robert Miller, Jr., to 28 months imprisonment and 3 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to reentry of a deported alien. This case was investigated by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Cass County Sheriff’s department, and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney John Maciejczyk.
