ACTIVITY IN FEDERAL COURT - FORT WAYNE

Fort Wayne, IN—The United States Attorney's Office announced:

Brad Moore, 29, of Waterloo, Indiana, plead guilty on 2/4/10 before Judge Theresa Springmann to distribution of cocaine in October, 2008. Sentencing had been set for May 7, 2010. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Safe Streets Task Force, the Indiana State Police, and the Fort Wayne Police Department, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Anthony Geller.

The specific sentence in each case to be imposed upon conviction will be determined by the judge after a consideration of federal sentencing statutes and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
