ACTIVITY IN FEDERAL COURT - FORT WAYNE

Fort Wayne, IN—The United States Attorney's Office announced:

Guillermo Zavala-Rodriguez, 20, a citizen of Mexico, was sentenced on 1/7/10 by Judge Theresa Springmann to 30 months imprisonement and 5 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute marijuana. This case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Arizona Department of Public Safety, and the Fort Wayne Police Department, and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Robert Trgovich.
