South Bend, IN—The United States Attorney's Office announced:

Kurt Richardson, DOB 11/5/1977, of Mishawaka, Indiana, was sentenced on 6/17/10 by Judge Robert Miller, Jr. to 18 months imprisonment and 2 years of supervised release, and restitution of $4467.81, after pleading guilty to count one of an indictment charging him with assault of a United States Postal Service Employee. This case was investigated by the United States Postal Service, and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jesse Barrett.

Armand White, DOB 8/12/1987, of South Bend, Indiana, plead guilty on 6/18/10 before Magistrate Judge Christopher Nuechterlein to counts one and two of an indictment charging him with robbery of a federally insured bank while armed with a deadly weapon, and knowingly using or carrying a firearm during a crime of violence. Upon conviction, White will pay restitution to Teachers Credit Union in South Bend, the victim in this case, the total of $65,113.89. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Frank Schaffer.

Dion Davis, DOB 8/14/1984, of South Bend, Indiana, plead guilty on 6/21/10 before Magistrate Judge Christopher Nuechterlein to counts one and two of an indictment charging him with robbery of a federally insured bank while armed with a deadly weapon, and knowingly using or carrying a firearm during a crime of violence. Upon conviction, White will pay restitution to Teachers Credit Union in South Bend, the victim in this case, the total of $65,113.89. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Frank Schaffer.

The specific sentence in each case to be imposed upon conviction will be determined by the judge after a consideration of federal sentencing statutes and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
