South Bend, IN—The United States Attorney's Office announced:

Kurt Lee Richardson, 32, of Mishawaka, Indiana, plead guilty on 3/3/10 before Judge Robert Miller, Jr., to assaulting a US Postal Service employee. Sentencing has been set for June 8, 2010. This case was investigated by the United States Postal Service, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jesse Barrett.

Iden Boyd Wilken, 62, of Mishawaka, Indiana, plead guilty on 2/26/10 before Judge Robert Miller, Jr, to possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, and to being an unlawful drug user in possession of firearms. Sentencing has been set for June 10, 2010. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, and Explosives, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the United States Marshal and Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney William Grimmer.
