ACTIVITY IN FEDERAL COURT - FORT WAYNE

Fort Wayne, IN—The United States Attorney's Office announced the following activity in federal court:

Joseph Woods, 28, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced on 5/26/10 by Judge Theresa Springmann to 78 months imprisonment and 3 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, and carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, and Explosives and the Fort Wayne Police Department, and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Anthony Geller.
