WICHITA WOMAN INDICTED ON BANK ROBBERY CHARGE
WICHITA, KAN. – Khalina C. Riley, 27, Wichita, is charged with
one count of bank robbery, Acting U.S. Attorney Marietta Parker announced
today.
According to the indictment, on March 30, 2009, she robbed the
Commerce Bank at 2333 E. 21st, Wichita, Kan.
If convicted, she faces a maximum penalty of 20 years and a fine up to
$250,000. The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Wichita Police
Department worked on the case. Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark
Curzydlo is prosecuting.
