Lexington, Ky. — Armando-Saucedo-Garcia, 22, of Mexico, pleaded guilty today to illegal entry before United States District Court Judge Danny C. Reeves after being indicted in February of 2008.

In the course of his guilty plea, Saucedo-Garcia admitted that he had entered the United States without permission. He was subsequently sentenced today to three months of imprisonment.

James A. Zerhusen, Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and Paul Chambers, Resident Agent in Charge, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, (ICE) jointly made the announcement today after Saucedo-Garcia entered his guilty plea.

The investigation was conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The United States was represented in the case by Assistant United States Attorneys David A. Marye and Anna R. Gwinn.
