BOWLING GREEN FOUR INDICTED FOR METHAMPHETAMINE CONSPIRACY
– Meth distribution ring indicted

BOWLING GREEN, KY - A federal grand jury in Bowling Green returned an indictment for conspiracy to possess and distribute more than fifty grams of crack cocaine against James William Pedigo, age 33, Jennifer Megan Rohlfing, age 28, Bobby Gene Howell, age 33, and Angela Marie Bulger, age 30, all of Glasgow, Kentucky, United States Attorney Candace G. Hill of the Western District of Kentucky and Paul Vido, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Bowling Green Field Division, jointly announced today.

The Indictment alleges that between September 5, 2009, and September 8, 2009, in Meade County, Kentucky Pedigo, Rohlfing, Howell and Bulger all conspired together to possess with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. The Indictment further alleges that on September 8, 2009, Pedigo and Rohlfing maintained a residence on A Milton Avenue for the purpose of storing, using, or distributing a controlled substance; while Howell and Bulger, each possessed with the intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine.

In the event of a conviction the maximum potential penalties each defendant faces are life imprisonment, a $6,2500,000.00 fine, and supervised release for a period up to life; and the minimum potential penalties are 10 years’ imprisonment, and supervised release for a period of 4 years. There is no parole in the federal judicial system.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Mac Shannon. The Bowling Green Field Office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) conducted the investigation in partnership with the Barren-Edmonson County Drug Task Force, as part of ATF’s ongoing commitment to reduce violent crime and other threats to public safety.

The defendants are scheduled to appear for arraignment before the United States Magistrate Judge on October 21, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless
proven guilty.
