On December 13, 2012, defendants Tommy Gibson and Steve McDonald appeared in United States District Court in Louisville, Kentucky and entered a plea of guilty to the 1 count of Mail Fraud in the Indictment filed against the defendants. As a result of the guilty plea, this case will not go to trial.
The sentencing hearing for the defendants Thomas Gibson and Michael McDonald has been continued to May 21, 2013, at 12:45 AM, in United States District Court before Senior Judge Thomas B. Russell.
