
ILLEGAL ALIEN SENTENCED FOR FALSE STATEMENT TO U. S. CITIZENSHIP AND ILLEGAL USE OF A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
ROBERTO GUEVARA-PALOMEQUE, age 33, a citizen of Mexico, was sentenced today in federal court by U. S. District Lance M. Africk to four (4) months imprisonment, announced U. S. Attorney Jim Letten.
According to court documents, on October 27, 2011,GUEVARA, an illegal alien, pled guilty to a to a two-count indictment charging him with making a false statement or claim to
U. S. citizenship and for misuse of a social security number.
The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations. The case was prosecuted by Special Assistant United States Attorney Joe La Rocca.
