April 30, 2008

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ELROY LUMAR, 24, a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, pled guilty yesterday before U. S. District Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle to possessing a firearm after previously being convicted of a felony, a violation of the Federal Gun Control Act, announced U. S. Attorney Jim Letten today.
