Criminal Division
Attorney's in the Criminal Division handle the prosecution of all types of crimes under federal law ranging from complex white collar crime, public corruption, investment schemes, illegal immigration and alien smuggling, drug trafficking, firearms violations and violent crime. The Criminal Division also includes the Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council, appellate, asset forfeiture, and OCDETF.
