UNITED STATES v. Patricia Miller
Docket Number 14-cr-10185

Next Scheduled Court Date:

Initial Pretrial Conference has been set for 11/3/2014 03:00 PM in Courtroom 13 before District Judge Leo T. Sorokin

On October 28, 2014, the Court modified the conditions o the defendants release.

The Court has carefully considered the arguments presented by both sides. The Court grants in part defendant's motion because she has complied with the imposed conditions for over four months. Further, the Court finds that her mental health appears to be stable as her counseling has been reduced to only one session per month. Accordingly, the Court removes the condition of home incarceration but imposes the condition of home detention. Ms. Miller shall be restricted to her residence at all times except for employment; education; religious services; medical, substance abuse, or mental health treatment; attorney visits, court appearances; court-ordered obligations; or other activities approved in advance by pretrial services. In addition, Miller may leave her residence with her husband during the day for his work related obligations with pre-approval of pretrial services.
