CRACK DEALER SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS IN PRISON
Baltimore, Maryland - U.S. District Judge Andre M. Davis sentenced Christopher Dolle, age 25, of Baltimore today to 10 years in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, announced United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein.
According to his guilty plea, from February through September 2006, Dolle and others distributed crack cocaine and cocaine powder to individuals in the Baltimore area. Between June and September 2006 phone calls and other communications were intercepted in which Dolle agreed to supply others with over 150 ounces of crack cocaine. On September 27, 2006 a search warrant was executed at Dolle’s home and agents recovered more than 50 grams of crack cocaine and a handgun.
United States Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein thanked the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Baltimore City Police Department, and commended Assistant United States Attorneys Christopher J. Romano and Charles Peters, who prosecuted the case.
