Greenbelt, Maryland - U.S. District Judge Peter J. Messitte sentenced Robert Garrett Marbury, age 39, of Temple Hills, Maryland, today to 262 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base, announced United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Marbury directed officers to the basement area where they recovered an additional 97 grams of cocaine base, 248.8 grams of marijuana, a loaded .32 caliber revolver, baggies and razor blades.

United States Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein thanked the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Prince George’s County Police Department for their investigative work, and commended Assistant United States Attorney Jonathan C. Su, who prosecuted the case.
