Portland, Maine: United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II announced that Joseph
Finocchiaro, 62, of Bath, was sentenced today in United States District Court by Judge Nancy
Torresen to 21 months in prison to be followed by 5 years of supervised release for possessing
child pornography. Finocchiaro pled guilty to the charge on February 6, 2013.

children ranging in age from toddlers to about 15 years old. Finocchiaro printed the images
from an internet photo-sharing website and assembled them into the collages.
