Employee Telework Information
Updated March 15, 2020

There are several options available for employees to be able to Telework and to fill out the Telework information you received from the U.S. Attorney via email (telework availability in an emergency) on March 10, 2020, but in order for that to take place there are several actions that need to take place.

1. You need to determine if you have the capability from home to access our computer network.

A. Do you have access to the Internet with a router provided by an Internet provider such as: Xfinity, Comcast, AT&T, Spectum, Cox Internet, Frontier, etc., or do you have a cell phone that is capable of providing a hotspot for access to a computer or iPad?

B. Do you have a personal computer, either Windows (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10) or a MAC?

2. If you do not have a computer but do have access to the internet, do you have a RSA security token?

A. If you have a government furnished (GFE) iPhone you may have an RSA security Token already installed, if you are unsure contact the IT Staff and they will assist you.

B. If you do not have a GFE iPhone, have you been assigned a RSA Hard Token? If not, contact the IT Staff and your Supervisor to request a token if you are approved for Telework.

3. If you do not have a personal computer, or access to the Internet then you need to discuss with your Supervisor any options available to you to be able to Telework.

For more information on how to remote into the network using a Non-GFE computer, using HTML Remote Access, Using Cisco AnyConnect, and using your iPhone as a Hotspot see the resource below.
