GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN – Nancy Dilley, of Ada, Michigan, pleaded guilty to an information charging her with failure to file a 2007 Federal income tax return with the Internal Revenue Service, announced U. S. Attorney Donald A. Davis. IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agent in Charge Erick Martinez joined U.S. Attorney Davis in the announcement.
