Two brothers sentenced in connection with ATM Solutions robbery

St. Louis, MO - Eddie and Robert Oliphant have each been sentenced to 36 months in prison involving their assistance in concealing stolen money from the August 2010 robbery of ATM Solutions.

EDDIE OLIPHANT, St. Louis County, and ROBERT OLIPHANT, Buffalo, MO, pled guilty in April to one felony count of accessory after the fact. They appeared today before United States District Judge Catherine D. Perry.

Eddie’s nephew, Jacobi Oliphant, St. Louis County, pled guilty to the same charge April 10 and is scheduled for sentencing August 14, 2012.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Tom Mehan is handling the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
