MEN FROM CRAWFORD, FRANKLIN & MARIES COUNTIES SENTENCED ON FEDERAL METHAMPHETAMINE CHARGES

St. Louis, MO: Men from Crawford, Franklin and Maries Counties have been sentenced for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, Acting United States Attorney Michael W. Reap announced today.

  • KYLE M. PENNOCK, Bourbon, Missouri, was sentenced today to 24 months in prison.
  • CLAYTON T. SHERMAN, Cuba, Missouri, was sentenced to 3 years probation on October 8, 2009.
  • BRANDON L. SHERMAN, Sullivan, Missouri, was sentenced to 48 months prison on September 29, 2009.
  • DUSTIN A. CURTIS, Belle, Missouri, is scheduled for sentencing on December 22, 2009.

They appeared before United States District Judge Charles A. Shaw.

Reap commended the work performed on the case by the South Central Drug Task Force, the Lake Area Narcotics Group, the DEA Tactical Diversion Group, the Gasconade County Sheriff’s Department, the Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and Assistant United States Attorney Noelle Collins, who handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
