October 2, 2009 FERGUSON, MISSOURI, MAN SENTENCED TO PRISON ON CHILD ENTICEMENT CHARGES St. Louis, MO: Robert Daniel Rey was sentenced to 10 years in prison on child enticement charges, Acting United States Attorney Michael W. Reap announced today. ROBERT DANIEL REY, Ferguson, Missouri, pleaded guilty in July to one felony count of attempt to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity. On two occasions in February and May 2007, Rey attempted to entice a minor under the age of eighteen to engage in sexual activity. He appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Donald J. Stohr.
