September 22, 2009 FRANKLIN COUNTY MAN SENTENCED ON FEDERAL METHAMPHETAMINE CHARGES St. Louis, MO: Alfred Jennings was sentenced to 168 months in prison on federal methamphetamine manufacturing charges, Acting United States Attorney Michael W. Reap announced today. ALFRED JENNINGS, Washington, Missouri, pleaded guilty last June to one felony count of conspiracy to manufacture in excess of 50 grams of methamphetamine, one felony count of manufacturing in excess of 50 grams of methamphetamine and one felony count of possession of pseudoephedrine. He appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Jean C. Hamilton. Reap commended the work performed on the case by the Franklin County Narcotics Task Force, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department and the St. Louis County Diversion Unit. |
